The day to day job will involve preparation of foods, salads & sandwiches and keeping the kitchen & deli counter stocked & clean. The company specialises in the running of a nationwide network of breakfast and evening networking groups for the SME market. The role is extremely varied. As a member of the HQ team you will be dealing with potential and existing customers, answering telephones and inputting data.
You should already have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, English fluency (both spoken and written) and good attention to detail. High level communication skills are key, but in return for your hard work you will get full support in-house, and from your apprenticeship training consultant.

Answering the telephone and on occasion dealing with parents and school stakeholders. Knowledge of spreadsheets and Microsoft office are essential to the role. You will have to be an excellent communicator and be very adaptable.
The right applicant should have the desire to work in a school environment and adhere to the schools ethos and values. Good maths and English skills are also essential.

Covering the key business administration activities within a fast paced aerospace laboratory, you will be supporting the testing activities throughout the business. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining up to date price listings and ensuring test certificates are completed in a timely manner
• Liaising with customers regarding order status and paperwork/invoice queries
• Liaising with site regarding production progression where necessary to meet customer expectations
• Month end attendance, filing, archiving and providing covering duties for the site reception
• Daily invoicing of routine tests (maintaining spreadsheet and records as well as maintaining daily invoicing and sales figures for week and month)
• Coordinating and administering Customer Specific data files, coordinated with the Technical Manager for sign off and completing Customer Specific monthly invoice requests
• Controlling Aged Debt and Stop List as well as informing customers when placed on stop
• Additional reasonable duties deemed necessary by management for the operation of the business
- Hydrotech Water Services in Taunton are looking for an Apprentice Engineer

They now have a rare opening for an Apprentice to learn on the job skills in the Water Industry. You will be paired with an experienced engineer who will train you in all aspects of the water engineering work carried out for Insurance companies, private customers and other commercial businesses.
