This qualification is suitable for anyone aspiring to fill a team leading or other supervisory position.

Course Contents: Candidates for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Award need to complete one unit and candidates for the Certificate need to complete three units from the following eight options: personal development as a team leader; team communications; controlling resources; building work relationships; team development; providing customer service; team performance; being a team leader.

Teaching and Assesment

An assignment personal tutor for ongoing support by telephone, mail, email and visits will be allocated on enrolment.
