This course is aimed at candidates who wish to develop their knowledge of customer service within the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industries.
Course Contents: Candidates need to complete five mandatory units. These are: welcome customers in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry; meet the requirements of customers who have specific needs; welcome overseas visitors; communicate with customers by telephone and email; deliver excellent customer service in the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industry.
Candidates work through the learning materials and complete assessment for each unit. Learning activities and assessments are based on a contribution of knowledge and skills learned on the programme, work-based activities and experience. Each candidate will have access to a tutor who will support them throughout the programme.
