This one day workshop will help give you an overview of appraisal techniques, including the writing of SMART objectives and how to implement them, how to improve the effectiveness of your appraisal process and develop your effective feedback skills.
Using case studies and action scenarios, this one day workshop is ideal for small companies, line managers and HR staff.

Planning the 'future'
The final part of this course will help you with planning the future – including developing action plans, reviewing progress and indentifying training needs.
Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference.
