This is a short course. It will take about twelve weeks to complete each level.
You will cover essential topics such as debts, loans, credit cards and budgeting. You will gain understanding of why exchange rates differ between buying and selling. You will develop an awareness of credit agreements and how interest is charged. Modules include:
• Personal cashflow calculations • Exchange rates • Credit, debit and debt • How banks and building societies work • Pensions • Student loans
You will be taught in the classroom and use online materials. Assessment is online.
Combined with a National Certificate or Diploma you could progress into employment or onto our Foundation or Honors Degree in Business Administration or Foundation Degree in Accounting.
For Levels 1 and 2 no qualifications are needed. To study Level 3 you will first need to complete the Level 2 in Personal Finance Studies.
