Interpersonal Skills is a 1-day training course held here at Somerset College in Taunton. This dynamic training course offers delegates the opportunity to work alongside professionals from other businesses, giving the opportunity to gain from group experiences.
The course focuses on enhancing your interpersonal skills and building your confidence to help you improve your working relationships with your team and/or other work colleagues. You will also gain an insight into how others see you and improve your skills when dealing with conflict, low morale, poor motivation or other work related problems.
Ideally this course is tailored towards those who are new to line management roles or responsible for a team that may not be working effectively or efficiently.
Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference.
