Summary
Time Management is a 1-day training course held here at Somerset College in Taunton. This dynamic training course offers delegates the opportunity to work alongside professionals from other businesses, giving the opportunity to gain from group experiences.
The course is designed to provide delegates with the opportunity to understand the reason of why time is lost and to identify time steelers. This highly practical workshop focuses on improved management of time and priorities. You will be given proved tools, tips and techniques which challenge your approach to your workload and help you regain control.
Group sizes are normally between 8 and 12 delegates; this helps to maximise on the personal support given to each individual person. Courses run between 9.30 and 16.30 with lunch and refreshments provided on the day. Delegates are able to keep their full course manual for future reference
